Care Coordination Committee

The Care Coordination Committee works to reduce barriers by assessing needs, identifying barriers to care, gaps in services and emerging issues and populations. The Case Management and Data Collection workgroups provide targeted input and direction.

Consumer Involvement Committee

The Consumer Involvement Committee promotes involvement, provides an opportunity for sharing the reality of living with HIV/AIDS and offers vital input and guidance to the Network.

The Executive Committee/Board of Directors is responsible for guiding overall operations including oversight of finances and policies and coordination of Network activities.

Policy Advisement/Education Committee

The Policy Advisement/Education Committee works with elected officials and coordinates regional community awareness events and activities. The Minority Concerns and Women, Children & Young People workgroups provide extensive input surrounding the unique challenges within their areas of expertise.
